Catamaran Day Tour

Please take a look at the schedule of the catamaran day tour. We will pick you up around 8.15 am and 9.15 am depending where your hotel is located.

On our full day tour we will begin our day at the Coconuts restaurant with a Welcome Drink and a briefing from myself or Medy to get them into the spirit of the day.

The guests will walk through the restaurant area to the beach with a first look at the Tropical Storm moored in front of the beach area. We aim to bring the catamaran very close to the beach so the guests can walk from the shore onto the boat ,if there is a situation where we can not do this we will take them over by 15 seater boats with all guests wearing life jackets for the short journey from the shore to the catamaran.

Onboard the boat the Captain will give a safety briefing before setting sail in a northerly direction to the Astron shipwreck in front of the Riu Hotels. We will get as close as is safely possible . The captain will give a brief history of the wreck to the clients.

The next step of our journey will take us to the snorkelling area in front of the Melia Hotels for one hour. Snorkeling briefing and instruction will be given.

The crew will also go into the ocean with the guests.

After enjoying the local ocean life its over to the natural pool at the Barcelo for lunch .
Depending on the agency price choice we have two menus to choose from.Free time is spent here with an option to swim, drinks will be served in the ocean or even a walk to the natural beach area .The main aim is to relax and soak up the warm Dominican atmosphere. The breeze in your hair ,cocktail in your hand ……….its why your guests are in the Carribean.

So let s now show the guests how to party Dominican style. Merengue ,Barchata and that extra special something you can only find on this island. Your guests will not want to leave the boat!

Finally we will return to the shore where the captain and crew will say there final goodbyes. A last walk through the restaurant where bathroom facillities are provided and a last chance to buy a souvenir before heading back on the buses to the hotels.
